Shipping Method

Once your order is placed, it is handled by our fulfillment team. A shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number, will be sent to you automatically as soon as your package leaves our warehouses. This number will allow you to track your order’s delivery in real time.

Important note: Carriers responsible for delivery are entities external to our company. Therefore, while we make every effort to guarantee fast delivery, we do not control the logistical hazards specific to postal services (customs delays, strikes, or local delays).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our orders from our international logistics centers in order to offer you the best rates.

Free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. Below this amount, a shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

• United States: processed within 1–2 business days + delivery within 7–14 business days.
• International orders: processed within 1–2 business days + delivery within 10–20 business days, depending on destination.

Customs fees and import taxes: depending on customs regulations in your destination country, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon receipt of your package. These fees are set by local customs authorities and are not included in the displayed price or shipping fees. We invite you to check with your country’s customs authorities for applicable amounts.

Order tracking: Once your package has shipped and you’ve received the confirmation email, you can check the progress of your delivery directly on our site via the dedicated tracking page.
